Backing up estimates

To back up a single estimate or all estimates first open EstimatorXpress and click on My Estimates.

Then on the top menu click Import/Backup Estimates.

This window will pop up.

Click Backup to back up a specific estimate.or estimates.

Tick the estimate/s you want to back up and click Select.

Choose where to back up your estimate/s.

To back up all estimates click on Backup All and then choose where to save your estimates.

Importing estimates

To import an estimate or estimates you have previously backed up click on Import at the top of the window.

In the Browse For Folder window locate either your Estimates folder and click OK to import all estimates in that folder.

To import just one estimate select just the folder for that estimate and then click OK.
