When using the quote wizard it counts up a percentage.
If you get to 50% or 100% and it then freezes this might be down to a Word add-in.
If you have an Acer or Packard Bell computer then you may have an unwanted Acer Add-in.
Open up Microsoft Word and open a blank document.
Click on File (top menu) and then Options.
Look for Add-ins option and click on this.
Below the list of Add-ins you will see a drop down with a GO button next to it.
Make sure Com Add-ins are selected and click on GO.
This will give you a small list - tick Acer Cloud Add-in and disable it.
Your Quote Wizard should now work correctly
