ContractsXpert 2016 requires some additional data for the Small Works Contract that is only created in estimates from EstimatorXpress 2015 v9.01 onwards.
You may well have estimates created with older versions that you now wish to import into ContractsXpert 2016.
To make these older estimates fully compatible with ContractsXpert 2016 you just have to go into the estimate in EstimatorXpress 2015 and then close the estimate again. This process adds some extra data to the estimate.
Please note that if you do not do follow this procedure, you can still import the estimate into ContractsXpert 2016, but you will not be able to use the Price Breakdown or Milestone Payments functions automatically.
