From setting up your Gantt chart to adding resources, linking your workforce to phases of the job and creating baselines, these tutorials will teach you the fundamentals of good project planning. These videos were recorded using ProjectXpert 2017. The principles of using ProjectXpert are the same whichever version you're using although the software itself may look slightly different.
